Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day
- During busy periods (e.g. product releases or high-volume breaks), processing times may be slightly longer
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days
International Shipping:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of World: 5–10 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order size/weight
- Delivery location
- Selected shipping method
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear
Packaging
All items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely:
- Singles are sleeved and protected
- Sealed products are securely boxed
- High-value items may require a signature on delivery
Break Orders (If Applicable)
- Cards pulled during breaks will be shipped after the break is completed
- If you participate in multiple breaks, your items may be combined into one shipment
- Please allow additional time for sorting and packaging after breaks
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items will be shipped once stock is received
- Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise stated
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible
- Claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of expected delivery
- We may require photos or supporting information to resolve the issue
Incorrect Shipping Details
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
